|COVID-19 School Shutdown Food and Packet Distribution Directions|
Hello this is John Ogbin with an important message about food and packet pickup due to the COVID-19 School Shutdown. Beginning tomorrow packets will be available for students who did not receive their packets in school today. If your child did not receive a packet in school today, please report to the following areas tomorrow for your packet pick up.
Pre-K & K Students who were absent on Monday: Front of the School
1st Grade & 2nd Grade: Front of the School
3rd Grade: West End Doors
4th Grade & 5th Grade: Gym Doors Parking Lot
6-8th Grades: East End parking lot
Packet pick up will begin at 10:00am and last until Noon. If someone is not able to pick up your child’s packet tomorrow there will be more information sent out about later pickup time tomorrow afternoon. If you wish to pick up food that will be in a separate area behind the building in the back parking lot from 8:30am to 9:30am. If your child brought a packet home today and you are not picking up food bags you do not need to come to Hopewell Crest tomorrow. If your child did not bring home a packet today you need to come to Hopewell Crest tomorrow to receive your child’s packet. If you have multiple children in multiple grades you will have to report to each location separately. We are sorry for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience during this time.
